2. Quote requests and contact
When you request a quote through the form on this website, or contact us by email or phone, we process the following data.

Retention period: we keep the data until it becomes clear that the request will not lead to a contract, but for no longer than 1 year from the request. If we enter into a contract, we process the data for as long as necessary to perform the contract and to comply with our legal obligations (for example, accounting rules).
Providing the data is voluntary, but without a name, email address and message we cannot reply to your request.

Necessary cookies are required for the website to work, and their legal basis is our legitimate interest. We only use statistics cookies after you have given your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
4. Visitor statistics
We measure website traffic with Google Analytics (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The service produces aggregated statistics on how many visitors arrive, which pages they view and where they come from. Google may also process data outside the European Union, in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Data processors
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The following providers take part in processing on our behalf and according to our instructions:
- Hosting provider: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (operating the website and database)
- Email provider: Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (handling quote requests and correspondence)
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (visitor statistics)
6. Data security and location
We store data on a protected server over encrypted connections, and only staff who need it for their work have access to it.
The website and database run on a server within the European Union, in the hosting provider's data centre (Roubaix, France).
Emails notifying us of quote requests arrive in our Google Workspace mailbox. Google may also process data outside the European Union, in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your rights
In relation to the processing of your data, you have the following rights:
- Access: you can ask which of your data we process.
- Rectification: you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: you can ask us to delete your data if there is no other legal basis for processing it.
- Restriction: you can ask us to restrict processing.
- Data portability: you can ask to receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent: you can withdraw consent given for processing at any time.
You can send your request to hello@harrisdevelopers.eu, and we will reply within one month at the latest.
8. Remedies
If you feel we have infringed your data protection rights, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter together. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or with the data protection authority of your country of residence:
